It’s also very healthy and you can cut out some calories along the way making it the perfect low calorie dip.
We cut out calories by using lower calorie yoghurt and using less olive oil. It’s still creamy and delicious but will keep you on track to losing some pounds.
Ingredients for the hummus:
1 can garbanzo beans, drained and rinsed
2 cloves of garlic
2 tablespoons extra virgin olive oil

1 tablespoon lemon juice
1 tablespoon fat free yoghurt, plain
¼ tsp ground red pepper
¼ tsp salt
1. Toss all of the ingredients in the food processor.
2. Blend until smooth.
Can anything so tasty be so easy?
Leftovers can be covered and stored in the fridge for up to 3 days.
