  1. Get an 8 x 8 x 2 pan and cover it with aluminium foil. Wrap it over the edges and spray the foil with non-stick spray.
  2. Take out your food processor and add the oats. Grind them until they’re fine.
  3. Heat a medium sized sauce pan on medium heat then add the chocolate chips and butter. Heat until melted, stirring the whole time so the chocolate doesn’t burn.
  4. Crush the wafers in another bowl. Add in the oatmeal, cocoa powder, and ¼ cup of the chocolate mixture.
  5. Press this oatmeal mixture onto the pan to form a crust. Once it’s all pressed down, let it chill in the refrigerator for 15 minutes.
  6. Add the shortening to the remaining chocolate and set aside once it’s all melted.
  7. Grab another bowl and pour in the powdered sugar, cream cheese, milk, extracts, and one or two drops of food colouring. Mix until it’s all well combined.
  8. Spread the green mixture over the crust.
  9. Drizzle with remaining chocolate.
  10. Chill in the refrigerator for at least one hour.
