These are not only healthy for you, they also contain antioxidants that are useful in decreasing free-radicals in your body. For instance, you can choose turkey hamburgers which are much leaner and lower in saturated fats than normal beefburgers.

Another good idea is, instead of going out to lunch, you can make lunch at home and bring it to the workplace. Cut up some carrots, celery, and add some cottage cheese or tuna in brine. Or, you can make a healthy salad with pieces of chicken and lemon vinaigrette.
